Just Divorce Family mediators do not show personal interest in any mediation. He or she will be able to stand firm and not side with any party involved.

Mediators take their job seriously and treat each couple with respect and completely impartially.

Mediators stand firm during mediation and only allow members who are willing to participate fully and freely in mediation. In case of a member who does not want to voluntarily contribute to the mediation, the mediator will take action and stop the mediation or revert to another process.

Mediators are confidential in any mediation. In no circumstance do we agree or side with the participants. He or she must make a firm decision without favouring the any of participant.

We do not give you advise as the decision making remains within the couples control.
